A spectator was killed at Leipzig’s home match against Gladbach.
The top match in the Bundesliga between RB Leipzig and Gladbach is overshadowed by a sad incident: a fan dies in the stadium. He had to be resuscitated before kick-off, Leipzig wrote on X.
During the break, the stadium announcer said: “There was a medical emergency during the game. We regret to inform you that the person has passed away. Our thoughts are with the fan and the family.” It is not yet known how the fan died.
