No semi-final qualification for Marius Toscan.

Marius Toscan cannot qualify for the semi-finals in his first World Cup appearance in Doha over the 200 m dolphin. In the heats he came 21st in 1:58.99 minutes, more than half a second above his personal best. To progress, the 22-year-old from St. Gallen would have had to swim a good second faster.

Djaković failed

Antonio Djakovic (21), who is disabled by a cold, now chooses not to start in the 800 m after his disappointing performances in the preliminary run over the 200 m and the 400 m crawl. The Zurich resident would like to recover well from the 800m the next day and then start his preparation to advance to the Summer Olympics in Paris. (SDA)
