At the age of 31, Peter Prevc will retire at the end of the season. The Slovenian ski jumper can look back on a very successful career.
His greatest triumphs include victory in the overall World Cup and the Four Hills Tournament in the winter of 2015/2016, as well as several World Cup and Olympic medals. He won his only individual title in 2016 at the Ski Flying World Championships in Kulm. With 23 World Cup victories so far, Prevc has achieved the same profit as Simon Ammann (42).
At the end of January, Prevc won team gold for Slovenia at the World Flying Championships in Styria with his younger brother Domen. In 2015 he sailed to the then world record of 250 meters in Vikersund. At the end of March he will participate in his last competitions during the Ski Flying World Cup on his home hill in Planica.
