Léna Bühler has made the step back to the Formula Regional. After a successful season with 13 podium finishes and two victories in the F1 Academy, Sauber has announced that the Swiss will move up to the faster class next season.
As in the F1 Academy, Bühler will also compete in the Formula Regional for the ART Grand Prix team, which is supported by the Sauber Academy. “Léna has set a new record in the F1 Academy with 13 podium finishes. We know she has the talent and experience to continue to achieve great things and represent the Sauber Academy well across Europe.”
Bühler is looking forward to the new task: “It was the logical next step. It will not be an easy task, but I am ready for the challenge.” Bühler will make his debut with the new team in the Formula Regional at the Hockenheimring in May.
