YB will have to replace half a team when it restarts after the winter break. Goalscorer Meschack Elia (Democratic Republic of Congo), defense chief Mohamed Ali Camara (Guinea), regular player Saidy Janko (Gambia), winger Ebrima Colley (Gambia) and talented complementary player Miguel Chaiwa (Zambia) are all currently at the Africa Cup of Nations .
The five have not yet played a role in Ivory Coast. Elia will only start working with Congo on Wednesday, just like Chaiwa with Zambia.
