Niklas Hartweg is the penultimate runner to hand over in 2nd place, ultimately the Swiss come in 7th place.

The Swiss men’s relay team gets a taste of the podium at the Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding. However, final runner Jeremy Finello cannot benefit from the good starting position and falls back to 7th place.

Finello, who recorded five reserve rounds on the shooting range, takes over second place from Niklas Hartweg, who, after thorough preliminary work by Joscha Burkhalter and Sebastian Stalder, has worked his way to the front with strong running and error-free shooting. The Swiss lose just over 27 seconds to the third-placed Italians.
