In the second singles between Hubert Hurkacz and Alexander Zverev, the Pole had two match points on his own serve in the tiebreak of the second set, but could not convert them. Olympic champion Zverev eventually won 6:7 (3:7), 7:6 (8:6), 6:4 and thus enabled Germany to achieve the decisive double. (SDA)
