Coach Pep Guardiola and Manchester City with defender Manuel Akanji set new records with their victory at the Club World Cup in Saudi Arabia. Guardiola became the first coach to win the Club World Cup with three clubs. He achieved this at Barcelona in 2009 and 2011 and at Bayern Munich in 2013.
