Former professional Kay Voser will no longer appear as an SRF expert.

Since the European Football Championship in the summer of 2021, former Super League professional Kay Voser (36) has been working as an expert at SRF. The collaboration has now ended, according to a press release on Thursday.

“On the one hand, the ideas about the interpretation and orientation of the expert role did not correspond. On the other hand, Voser would like to dedicate himself to other projects in the future,” SRF writes. «I would like to thank the employees of SRF Sport for their cooperation. It was an enriching experience that helped me move forward. At the same time, I feel that the time is right to dedicate myself to new projects,” Voser said in the statement.

On Swiss television, the former professional footballer (including Basel, GC and FCZ) mainly reported on the Super League and the Swiss Cup.

In recent days, Voser has increasingly launched a roundabout attack on the media – including Blick – on his Instagram story. He criticized, among other things, the reporting in the case of Ardon Jashari (21), who rejected his U21 selection for the national team. (mo)
