The Kadetten Schaffhausen achieved the away victory they were hoping for on the third matchday of the European League. The Swiss champion defeated Lovcen from Montenegro with 29:26. Scout Winterthur and Kriens-Luzern lose.
The cadets are in good shape after half of the preliminary round and are currently in second place in the group, which entitles them to qualify for the main round.
However, Schaffhausen’s side had to work hard to achieve a mandatory victory against the Montenegrin series champions. Only in the final phase did they break off. Croatian Sandro Obranovic was excellent with ten goals from eleven shots.
