Nils Stump, world champion in the weight class up to 73 kg, has to end the season prematurely after a complex shoulder injury

The accident happened a few days ago at the European Championships in Montpellier during Stump’s surprising defeat in the first round against the Greek Mikhail Tsoutlasvili. It is not yet known how long the injury break will last. If healing proceeds normally, the unlucky bird should be ready for use again next spring.
