Inter Milan, the team of Swiss national goalkeeper Yann Sommer, will have to make do without Benjamin Pavard for a number of weeks. The 27-year-old defender suffered a dislocation of the patella in his left knee during the 2-1 away win against Atalanta Bergamo last Saturday. This means that the kneecap has popped out of its bearing.
The France international will now have to wear a functional splint for three to four weeks before he can begin rehabilitation.
