Coaching crack for the classification women: Head coach Anne Pochert (37) is leaving the Women’s Super League club with immediate effect by mutual agreement with those responsible for the classification, the club writes in a statement. The decision to separate was taken after careful consideration by general manager Lara Dickenmann (37) in close consultation with the Board of Directors.
The search for a new head coach has now begun. A successor should be announced soon.
Weak start to the season
Pochert only took over as coach last season. She and her team achieved a strong third place at the time. The current season has been more resinous and less than satisfying so far. After six games, the standings are in a disappointing seventh place. (Gentlemen)
