Racioppi-Bock spoils the overall impression: the YB scores for the draw in Belgrade

Anthony Racioppi – Grade 3

He has been the best player on the field for a long time. Two or three fantastic saves keep YB alive. But the incredible mistake he made late on to make it 2-2, opening the near corner wide, spoils the overall impression.

Goalkeeper rates poorly: Racioppi gives away YB win late(00:32)

Saïdy Janko – group 4

Solid play from the right back. He doesn’t allow much from his side. But the offensive impulses should be more numerous.

Mohamed Ali Camara – group 5

The Guinean proves once again that he can also be top at this level. Is a cautious defensive leader who rarely loses his cool.

Loris Benito – no rating

Too short an attempt to review it. He had to come off in the 47th minute. Suspected rib fracture.

Ulisses Garcia – grade 5

Offensively, he is clearly the best Swiss left back. Many of his crosses are top class. His rush and subsequent finish, which Djiga blocks with his hand, also leads to a penalty for YB. Great shot from 22 yards that Glazer saves (27th).

Cheikh Niasse – grade 5

With such performances he is slightly ahead of Sandro Lauper, who had to miss the match at short notice due to illness. Like Camara, he will probably also become a YB millionaire soon.

Darian Men – grade 4

Shot towards the Belgrade goal for the first time in the fourth minute. Also one of his most proactive games. No wonder if the whole family is watching in the stands. But at 0-1 it looks unfavorable when he claims offside – and stops.

Filip Ugrinic – grade 5

Great purpose. He casually chips over Red Star goalkeeper Glazer. Already in injury time in the first half, the same Glazer with a great reflex prevented the man with Serbian roots from scoring his first Champions League goal.

Joël Monteiro – group 5

Nice volley finish in the 23rd minute. Excellent pass after the break to Ugrinic, who makes it 1-1. Overall it was unpredictable. Good performance.

Meschack Elia – grade 4

Not nearly as lively as against RB Leipzig. Solid, with a few good scenes. But also a lot of stationary and inappropriate dribbling attempts against clearly superior forces.

Cedric Itten – grade 5

In the Marakana you have to remain calm when you have the ball on the spot and 47,000 are blowing the whistle. Yet Itten is lucky with the penalty, which falls almost directly in the middle. So suboptimal. Good heading chance. I haven’t seen much. But dangerous.

Aurèle Amenda – grade 5

Comes on for Benito in the 47th minute. Stay cool as always. Without significant errors. Strong.

Miguel Chaiwa – no grade

Comes on for Men in the 74th minute. Too short an attempt to review it.

Silver Ganvoula – no grade

Itten takes action in the 74th minute. Too short an attempt to review it.
