The top teams Jumbo-Visma from the Netherlands and Soudal-QuickStep from Belgium are negotiating a merger. A corresponding report from the “Cycling Fits” platform was confirmed by those involved.

It seems doubtful whether the deal under the name Soudal-Visma will be completed in 2024. A merger is more likely in 2025.
