The new NFL season has barely started and it is already over for Aaron Rodgers (39), the new quarterback of the New York Jets.
In Monday’s home game against the Buffalo Bills at MetLife Stadium, the Californian had to leave the field injured after just four games.
Tuesday’s examination revealed that Rodgers had a torn Achilles tendon in his left foot. A brutal setback for the Jets, who won the game against the Bills at 10:16 in overtime.
Rodgers left the Green Bay Packers in the spring after 18 years and joined the New York Jets. In 2011 he won the Super Bowl with the Packers. (Yes)
