Luis Rubiales (46) throws down. The Spanish association chairman announced his resignation in an interview with Piers Morgan (58) on TalkTV. He “cannot continue his work,” Rubiales said. Rubiales will also not continue his work as UEFA vice-president.

The 46-year-old was previously asked to resign by the Spanish association. The world association FIFA suspended Rubiales a few weeks ago. The Spanish Public Prosecution Service has also filed a lawsuit against him for assault and coercion.
