Obradoiro remains without the magic and talent of Robertson

Negotiations intensified and the market search for a shooting guard expanded, for a three-time scorer who is able to charm the fans with his magic and talent, as the Canadian representative has done in the last three seasons. Robertson’s departure was an open secret.

Valencia Basket announced the signing of the Canadian guard after midnight after Obra’s deadline to meet Taronje’s offer, subject to the right of first refusal. He arrived in Spain by Obradoiro, with two seasons at an excellent level. In the 2022-23 season, he went to Reggio, Italy, but decided to return home in November. This was decisive in Obradoiro’s persistence.
