The new trainer of AC Bellinzona is Sandro Chieffo.

Sandro Chieffo (44) becomes head coach at AC Bellinzona. The Swiss-Italian succeeds Sergio Zanetti (55), who only took over Ticino in April. Chieffo has signed a contract for next season with the penultimate of last Challenge League season, with an option for another season.

In the past, Chieffo was mainly active in the youth field, at Grasshoppers and FC Luzern. Most recently, he coached the U21 team in Central Switzerland from 2019 to 2022. (SDA)
