Just like last year, 23-year-old Frenchwoman Loana Lecomte won by breaking away from her last companion on the last lap and crossing the finish line solo. Anne Terpstra from the Netherlands finished second, 18 seconds behind.

The second best Swiss was Linda Indergand in fifteenth place, followed by Sina Frei (17th) and Jolanda Neff (18th), who just made it into the top 20 after health problems in recent weeks. (SDA)
