MetLife Stadium is typically home to the New York Giants and New York Jets. In February 2024, two NHL games will be played in the NFL bucket.

The Swiss faction of the New Jersey Devils will enjoy an outdoor game next season. As announced by the NHL, the team led by Valais captain Nico Hischier will meet the Philadelphia Flyers on February 17, 2024 at the 82,000-seat MetLife Stadium in the US state of New Jersey.

A day later, the so-called “Battle of New York” between the Islanders and the Rangers takes place in the home of the NFL teams New York Jets and New York Giants. The NHL has regularly played outdoor qualifiers since 2003. (SDA/dti)
