A risk report has arrived at Kesb Zurich against corona skeptics and President Nicolas Rimoldi.

It was a heated exchange of blows. At the beginning of April, the corona skeptic Nicolas Rimoldi (28) called on the short message service Twitter for the concealed carrying of weapons in self-defense. Green National Councilor Meret Schneider, 30, commented, “Ah, what, in self-defense I’m stabbing Rimoldi with a pocketknife.” Rimoldi, angry at this, later countered, “As far as I know, Messer-Meret is still on the loose.”

This statement has now led, among other things, to the Lucerne lawyer Loris Fabrizio Mainardi to file a risk report against Rimoldi with the Zurich Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB), as “20 minutes” writes on Friday.

Kesb sees no need for action

However, the Kesb later reportedly informed moderate President Rimoldi that “based on the information contained in the report, the investigation of adult protection measures is apparently not appropriate for you. For this reason, the authority closes the case,” the report continues.

Not enough for lawyer Mainardi. He sent a letter to the Kesb. According to the “20 Minutes” report, it says: “It is only hoped that your assessment – especially given Rimoldi’s alleged possession of firearms – turns out to be correct. In any event, you no longer appear to be in good faith with regard to a potential for violence that could manifest later.”

In any case, the Kesb must clarify with Rimoldi whether there is a psychological disorder, Mainardi can further quote. Only an expert opinion can determine whether everything is in order at Rimoldi.

Rimoldi wants to take legal action

Rimoldi himself is “not amused” about it. This is a cowardly attack on peaceful civil rights activists, he told the paper. Rimoldi suspects that lawyer Mainardi wants to avoid winning a possible National Council seat in the autumn elections at all costs.

He now wants to take action against the lawyer himself: “Mainardi has reported me several times for three years without success. Now I will take legal action against him.” (Okay)
