The tax situation of the Vaud financial director Valérie Dittli (center) is also a subject of discussion in the cantonal parliament.

The president of the SP Vaud, Romain Pilloud, called on the cantonal government to start such an evaluation. “It’s not about blaming, it’s about understanding,” he said in the cantonal parliament on Tuesday.

Dittli had informed the media that she had hired an expert to provide insight into her tax situation. For Pilloud, however, it is not for the Finance Minister to have such an assessment carried out. He called for a “neutral” process that is “free of conflicts of interest”.

Hadrien Buclin explained to the group “Ensemble à Gauche/POP” that in addition to an independent tax report, the problem of “deduction for transport costs between Lausanne and Zug” must also be addressed. (SDA)
