The Aargau Public Prosecution Service knows of 35 girls and young women who were abused on the Aare by a 54-year-old politician from Aargau. He undressed in front of them, partially masturbated – and was not caught for a long time.
Thanks to an accurate description of two girls, the police were finally able to convict the man. He exposed himself to the teens in July 2022, and the shocked daughter then told the mother, who immediately called the police.
“Dismayed by accusation”
Research by the “Aargauer Zeitung” has now shown that the suspect is a politician from central Aargau. Center councilor and chairman of the canton party Marianne Binder (65) tells the newspaper: “Unfortunately the rumors have come true. “It is a member of our party, as our investigation has shown.” This was completely unexpected for her and she was “shocked by these serious allegations”.
Binder had contact with the suspect on Tuesday. He told her he was leaving the party immediately. The alleged exhibitionist served as a cantonal parliamentarian in the Grand Council and ran for the Center for the National Council last fall.
