At the beginning of December 2021, the Bundesrat extended the certificate obligation to numerous occasions and enabled the 2G rule: public institutions could only admit vaccinated persons and those who had recovered from Covid 19, and the organizers could also handle it that way.
The Monitoring Committee of the National Council (GPK-N) used the example of the expanded certificate requirement to examine how the competent authorities ensured that the constitutional criteria were met. She saw no fundamental flaws in these clarifications.
However, according to a statement from the parliamentary services, the GPK-N recommends lessons on Wednesday. For example, the Federal Council should examine whether the legal framework for the different treatment of people based on their vaccination status should be specified.
