Constantly, Knowing that the implementation of a project, such as providing drinking water to the entire population, is an action that cannot be postponed, it ceases to be implemented and becomes part of pre-election promises of the following candidates.
It’s definitely annoying and even a criminal, use hope of our peers about a better tomorrow, to obtain an elective position. If today we issued a bill to every politician who made a promise and did not fulfill it, we could establish a special court to make those offers effective or to punish their non-compliance.

Let’s evaluate everything that the country requires and therefore what every Panamanian needs to achieve a decent quality of life. On my list are drinking water at the national level, a functioning health and social system, excellent education, job opportunities and security on the streets. Is it too much to ask? The term “mandate” refers to that individual, lady or gentleman, who is elected to fill a mandate, not only for his relatives, friends, relatives or members of his party, but for absolutely all of our tax-paying citizens, whom he is meant to serve.

Let’s start by asking all the candidates about their academic qualifications and experience in managing public affairs.
