We must look to the sky

We cannot live with our eyes fixed only on the earth. Engrossed in work, family tasks, studies, political, trade union, artistic, entertainment activities and any other nature. We are not made to be occupied only with earthly realities.

This impoverishes us, frustrates us in the long run, makes us sad. We are hungry for God, for transcendence, for eternity. We were created for God and we won’t rest until we find him. We long for the divine, for what tastes like heaven. Our soul can be completely satisfied only with God. When that doesn’t happen, we desperately look for something to replace God’s presence and fill ourselves with it. We were created to drink from the fountain the sanctuary of life, the living water that is God, pure, divine water, and not find it, we look for dirty, impure puddles, infected by the world, where we end up intoxicated. This is our drama, our tragedy. That’s why we are the way we are. That’s why there are so many drug addicts, so many thieves and swindlers, so many conflicts family, political and civil and international wars. Everything mundane becomes god. God of money, god of pleasure, power, glory. Ego increases, Hitlers appear, proud and bloodthirsty dictators. And drug dealers, and murderers. Those who believe they are gods, or act like gods.

When replace God with the clay gods of the world the most terrible accidents are coming. Man becomes a worshiper of any earthly reality, always expired, limited, finite, and when that false god disintegrates, man ends up destroyed. And every false god pays his worshipers badly. This deprives them of peace, love, illusion. You just have to see a war to the death between the cartels or drug gangs to keep control of the evil business that has brought so many people down.

How do they kill each other? The god of money is an extremely bloodthirsty god. Always a trace of blood. Raise your gaze to heaven, behold God’s presence with the eyes of faith, put him first, fill your heart with divine love, feel the illumination The Holy Spiritexperience a hug Christ the Redeemer and enter the Father’s heart and know that he loves us and he forgives us, that’s the biggest thing. It saves us from kneeling before false gods. This gives us a such great freedom and makes us full, peaceful, in inner harmony and happy. We must look to the sky, always with our feet firmly on the ground. And remember that with God we are invincible.
