Companies that sell and organize bullfights want it From today you can start the procedures for your accession to the Cultural Bonus, after the BOE announced this Thursday a Supreme Court ruling that overturned the exclusion of bulls from this initiative.
As reported by Efe, the Official State Gazette today includes the judgment of February 2nd of the High Court which annulled the exclusion of the bulls from the catalog of the Cultural Bonus for Youth, thus evaluating the appeal filed by the Fundación Toro de Lidia.
The Culture Voucher is an initiative promoted by Kultura that gives young people who turn 18 years of age access to a value voucher 400 euros for the costs of cultural products.
After the verdict, the Ministry of Culture assured that the bullfight will be included in the Cultural Bonus for Youth, both in the one that is now in force awarded for 2022, and in the competition that is being worked on for 2023.
The first major bullfighting fairs of the season complained that despite this sentence they could not confirm the cultural bonus for young people in the sale of subscriptions and individual tickets because administrative procedures prevented the organizing companies from accrediting themselves to benefit from it.
