By setting a reasonable time limit, we seek to break the culture of unlimited permanence in power. Ten years offers a significant period for policy implementation, problem solving and significant contribution to the development of our nation. Whoever failed to make a positive difference in this time, will hardly do so in longer periods.
Leadership rotation is essential to ensure that diverse perspectives are represented in the Assembly. Diversity of opinion is key to solving the challenges we face as a society in constant development.
