The demonstrations that we have seen today are the product of the constitutive public authority; that is, power over the forces within the political organization of the nation; That power that cries out, that speaks, that complains and convulses, is alive within the thermometer of politics and is the real pulse of one’s life. organized society.

There are no arguments against this authority, not even constitutional ones, because it is a living Constitution and it is made up of powerful people who can ignore the written word. We are facing this phenomenal power today, and we are very privileged to be able to witness it during our lives.

Negotiation does not suit these cases; It is better to be consistent with goals that spill over into protests. From a proper reading of it collective feeling, Our government could be an echo and receiver. A kind of appropriate channeling of a living force that, unleashed and out of control, would have no way to stop.

Among these alternatives, I think it should be proposed as national emergency measure and in the public interest, the establishment of diagnostic centers to alleviate and eliminate health problems that could be related to mining activity; environmental damage mitigation and repair centers that propose procedures that can reverse the damage that has occurred and contain those that may already be irreversible; social support organizations, so that the labor force, craft, agricultural and informal production activities, which could be affected by the mining activity, retain viable alternatives to support their families.
