Magdalena Martullo-Blocher inherited the management of Ems-Chemie from her father in 2003 at the age of 34. The mother of three children managed to continue to successfully manage the company. In terms of growth, earnings and dividends, she was even more successful than her father. Respect!

Shocking footage from Domat/Ems shows part of the success was down to the substance. This can’t last forever.

The three Blocher sisters receive annual dividends that exceed personnel costs for all 2,700 employees. It’s unusual. However, if savings are achieved at the expense of personnel and at the same time their safety, then this is simply exploitation.

4

Requiring all new employees to undergo a medical examination is also anti-social. If all companies did this, sick people would have little chance of getting a job.

5

Martullo-Blocher has achieved success so far thanks to her fierce leadership style. However, the younger generation is no longer willing to let their bosses yell at them. Risk!

6

Good employees are the most important capital of a company. Every boss is replaceable, but 2,700 employees are not. So it might be worth taking care of them.

Actually everything has been said. Six thoughts are enough. Journalists are so efficient!
