Expansion in Switzerland affects private banking, corporate client businesses and business with outside asset managers, LLB said on Tuesday evening.
LLB writes that Bank Linth has a high level of trust from its customers. This is an ideal starting point for further growth beyond the previous market area. Zurich and St. Gallen would ideally complement the existing branch network in the Bank Linth market areas.
However, in the future, all companies belonging to the group will be on the market under the common brand “LLB”. The “Bank Linth” brand will therefore be lost in the outside world.
According to Bank Linth, it has 17 locations and is the largest regional bank in Eastern Switzerland in terms of business volume. There will also be Bank Linth management.
LLB had fully acquired Uznach SG-based Bank Linth in mid-2022. st. Wales Bank was previously a 75 percent subsidiary of LLB.
