In 2024, Swiss Post will celebrate its 175th anniversary. He gave himself a new logo to celebrate this event.

This is linked to the logos of previous years: with the stylized red Swiss cross and the protected color “Postal Yellow”. Instead of different letters in national languages, there is now only a bold black letter “P” in front of a yellow background. Swiss Post CEO Roberto Cirillo (52) says the new, uniform logo will be “the connecting element of language zones, as Swiss Post is in everyday life.”

Postbus will also use the new logo in the future and will also use the mail horn in a “case by case” view. The Postfinance logo will be reviewed and further developed during the current strategy period.

less cost

Full entry will take several years. The new logo is already on digital channels.

Above all, Swiss Post saves money. There is only one of the previous 15 logo variants. This reduces the costs of communication tools, websites, foils for vehicle texts and writing on buildings. That’s why the new logo is part of Swiss Post’s cost reduction measures. However, the Post does not say how much it cost to develop the new logo.
