Alliance Swisspass wants to make public transport attractive to young people with new offers.

There’s a new “GA Night” for teens: teens and young adults up to 25 can travel freely on the GA route network from 7pm. The new offer costs 99 francs and replaces the seven25 subscription, which costs much more than 390 francs. Model was old Gleis7 subscription.

For industry organization Alliance Swisspass, children and young people are “future public transport users”. That’s why Swisspass is renewing its youth product range and presenting new offers today, Tuesday. Young people with a youth GA travel card can now take their friends with them for 20 francs with a “tandem day ticket”.

There’s also a new offer for small group outings: the “Friends Day Card”. This means that four teenagers can use the GA route network together for 20 francs per person per day, even without a Half-Mouse travel card.

The aim of Swisspass: Young people should discover public transport for themselves at an early stage and perceive it as an affordable alternative to the car. Because, according to Alliance Swisspass, many young people care about the climate. This includes sustainable travel.
