UBS boss Ralph Hamers will earn CHF 12.6 million in 2022

Of the 12.6 million, 2.9 million are fixed wages and 9.7 million are variable wages, according to the annual report released Monday. Hamers started at UBS on September 1, 2020, and took over as CEO on November 1.

A total of CHF 106.9 million was paid in 2022 to the entire management of Switzerland’s largest bank, compared to CHF 107.8 million the previous year.

Colm Kelleher, Chairman of the Board of UBS since April 2022, will receive CHF 4.8 million for his first year until the next Annual General Meeting. The entire Board of Directors earned 12.6 million, slightly more than the 12.1 million in 2021.

Kelleher’s predecessor, Axel Weber, received CHF 5.2 million for the period 2021/22.
