After spending almost a year on the market, Mark Wahlberg (51) has finally found a buyer for his home in Beverly Hills (USA). The luxury villa sold for $55 million, according to various US media.
The 2800-square-foot, 12-bedroom, 20-bath property is located on 15 acres in North Beverly Park, an upscale residential area of Los Angeles. Neighbors include Denzel Washington (68), Justin. beaver (28) and Eddie Murphy (61).
Land for 8.25 million dollars
The villa was first announced in April 2022. $87.5 million at the time. Since then, Wahlberg has had to adjust the price downward several times. The new owner of the property is unknown.
14 years ago, Wahlberg paid $8.25 million for a plot of land in Beverly Hills and built his own dream castle, which includes a 5-hole golf course, sports field, grotto pool, skatepark, and guest house.
Wahlberg turns his back on Hollywood
Wahlberg commissioned architect Richard Landry to build the Hollywood-view villa, inspired by European castles. He has lived here since 2014 with his wife Rhea Durham (44) and their four children.
