Alpamare visitors have to pay 1,500 francs for an annual subscription, as there is no longer a weekday subscription. In other words: an annual subscription will cost you twice as much!
Alpamare justifies the price increase for SRF as follows: “The current energy debate is affecting our company a lot. Alpamare has barely increased its subscription prices in recent years. We have now decided to offer you an annual subscription only in the future, which gives you unlimited access to the entire offer, including the wellness and sports facilities in Alpamare.»
“We wonder if we can afford 3000 francs”
First of all, visitors are bothered by the lack of communication at the water park, according to SRF. They were not even informed. The retirees were even willing to compromise. For example, they don’t care if the water temperature in Alpamare is lowered. However, the annual subscription costs are very high.
In the senior group, it’s not just “heels” in the aqua wellness course, as one retiree told SRF. That’s why some visitors now have to talk about books. She and her husband are counting, one woman tells SRF: “We’re also wondering if we can afford the total of 3,000 francs.”
