According to SBB, the strike in Germany will also lead to many cancellations in cross-border passenger transportation. Broken connections on the Swiss sections of the route will be renewed, SBB announced on Tuesday. The restrictions were expected to last from 02:00 on Wednesday until 18:00 on Friday. Night trains traveling to Germany were also affected.
