A total of 1,007,000 guests were transported to Jungfraujoch last year. This is 61 percent more than the previous year, which was still heavily hit by the pandemic. Compared to 2019, the last record year with more than a million visitors, only 4.6 percent were missing.

According to the company, the start of the 2023/24 winter season was “enjoyable”. Winter sports have been open continuously since the season started on December 2. By the end of the year, 207,800 “skier visits” were recorded in the Jungfrau Ski Area. This represents a 28 percent increase over the previous year and is the start to the best winter season in history. (SDA)
