Frost, who has served as CEO since July 2014, will be elected to the board of directors in 2026, according to the announcement made on Monday. Matthias Aellig has been serving as CFO of Swiss Life since March 2019.

The successor to the position of finance director will reportedly be Marco Gerussi. From 2018 he was responsible for the finance transformation and thus the introduction of IFRS accounting standards 17/9, and also took over IT management in the current year.

There is another resignation at Swiss Life, which is at the top of the business world in Germany. It is said that Germany boss Jörg Arnold will resign from his position at the end of June 2024. Dirk von der Crone was appointed as his successor.
