The two mask millionaires of Emix Trading AG have been making headlines again and again since the beginning of the corona epidemic. The canton of Basel-Landschaft is also among the private plaintiffs, an executive confirmed by email.
Inselspital Bern also purchased masks from Emix Trading AG, but did not want to disclose whether they had filed a lawsuit against the mask company. The canton of Glarus has now reached an out-of-court agreement with Emix on a one-off payment.
The Swiss Army purchased the most Emix masks for the army pharmacy. This will also give him every reason to sue the mask millionaires. However, the question remained unanswered due to “procedural and negotiation tactical reasons”.
