Now the situation is clear: The new Swatch is called “Bioceramic Scuba Fifty Fathoms” and resembles Blancpain’s Fifty Fathoms diver’s watch. Each of the models is named after one of five oceans: “Arctic Ocean”, “Pacific Ocean”, “Atlantic Ocean”, “Indian Ocean” and “Antarctic Ocean”, according to the brochure posted on the Swatch website on Thursday.
Are people queuing in front of Swatch stores again?
The unlimited collection will be available in selected Swatch stores from Saturday. A person can buy a watch in a day. For Switzerland, twelve stores are listed in Zurich, Bern and Geneva. The price of the watch is not mentioned in the ad.
Swatch wants to further increase the success of “Moonswatch”, which was released in March 2022 with Blancpain. The Swatch, designed by Omega’s cult watch “Moonwatch”, is offered for sale for 250 Francs in 11 different color combinations.
