It is unclear how long the cut will continue. SBB wrote to a traveler who complained on Twitter: “Our technicians are in the process of fixing the issue. We hope this happens soon. Please try again later, thanks for your patience.”
“Everything should be up and running again in an hour,” says a Blick spokesperson. He advises passengers to buy their tickets at the box office or from the train staff on the train.
