At Kloten ZH Airport, you only know when your plane takes off, when it actually leaves. It’s an uncomfortable feeling. “We had already boarded the plane to Sylt. We were suddenly told that the major NATO exercise had been delayed by 30 minutes. So our flight would have started at 18:55 instead of 13:05 as scheduled,” Werner Müller* tells Blick. An obvious delay that bothers passengers.
“Then we were all taken off the plane and taken by bus back to the terminal. “We just sit there and wait.” You have just received a 20 franc voucher from Switzerland. Werner Müller may not be too happy about it. Because it takes no more than a dry ready-to-eat sandwich and 0.5 liters of mineral water.
