Which health insurance offers the best service for the premium money? Price comparison portal Comparis discussed this based on an annual survey of 3,500 people it conducted in May 2023 in collaboration with market research institute Intervista.
21,000 reviews were obtained, with ratings from 6 (best) to 1 (worst). The following dimensions were evaluated: price/performance, quality/service, information/communication/transparency, relevance of contact points and contacts, overall satisfaction. This led to the following results:

basic insurance
Six companies share first place. Highest grade 5.2 Agrisano (prior year 5.0), aquilana (previous year 5.2), Concordia (prior year 5.0), medical (prior year 5.0), Swica Provita (prior year 5.1) and swica (previous year 5.1). These are closely followed by Atupri (PY 4.8) and Visana Group (PY 5.1), which now merge, with Helsana (5.0 PY), KPT (5.1 P.Y.) and ÖKK (PY 4.9). Among the 25 companies evaluated, Assura took the last place with 4.7 points.

When asked about the best household and personal liability insurance, there is a clear winner: Furniture It had the best result of 5.4 (5.3 in the previous year). He dropped Baloise (5.1 P.Y.), Vaudoise (5.1 P.Y.) and Smile (PY 5.0) to the honors with 5.3 points. With a score of 4.9, Elvia had the lowest result among the 12 companies evaluated.

Among the 13 companies evaluated, Allianz, Generali and Postfinance each took the worst place with a score of 5.1.
