Fashion How to choose the perfect pantsuit – rules that fashion should follow

Isabelle Gular, Emmanuelle Alt, Charlize Theron, Alessandra Ambrosio, Robin Wright and Victoria Beckham. So different and so luxurious. In addition to social life, they share a passion for costumes and classic but relevant images. And each of them knows how to interpret the classics in their own style.

Style

How to choose a successful women’s pantsuit? The most important thing in any suit is style. Its choice depends primarily on what you need it for: for everyday office life or secular parties. In the first case, it is recommended to follow the classic canons, which, of course, should not meet the standards of an office mouse in gray: choose a fitted classic silhouette in neutral shades, but dilute it with a light top and accessories, plus shoes according to the dress code and circumstances – from the heel in case important meetings to flat moccasins or flats.

Details

Do not forget to follow the main rule of any successful image: fresh make-up, elegant hairstyle and sparkle in the eyes. In the case of a loose dress code, you can also afford a suit with a wide cut, for example a loose jacket in the style of the Italian mafia or Marlene Dietrich. By the way, a thin strip is back in fashion, you can experiment. But be careful! Any female trick is designed to emphasize strengths or hide flaws. If you love shades of gray, you can easily add it to your wardrobe, don’t miss it.
Indulge in details like contrast lining and bright piping. They are visible only to the owner, but they give the product a special elegance.

Material

Why is this so important? First, how long your suit will last depends on the fabric. Second, suits made of synthetic materials give a cheap sheen that will ruin your image as a successful lady with bangs. The ideal composition of a summer suit is silk with cotton or fine suit wool with silk. Wool keeps its shape and silk allows the material to “breathe”, so this combination is also suitable for cold weather. Viscose lining is acceptable because it lasts longer than silk.

Women’s jacket, or jacket

There are a huge number of styles for women: classic fitted, double-breasted, peplum jacket, cropped and semi-sporty options. Thanks to Demno Gvasalia and the Balenciaga legacy for a new take on a classic: exaggerated shoulders and a defined waist. This style looks more like a men’s jacket and is unlikely to emphasize the female silhouette, but it will deservedly bring the owner the title of fashionable person.

Only all this should correspond to your personal style and nature. If you like to experiment – go for it! Choose a jacket, starting with the features of your figure. If your choice fell on a double-breasted jacket, we recommend choosing a style with two slots: it adds lightness and dynamism to a heavy product. The slot cuts should not be too deep.

Tricks

It is important to remember a few nuances in the jacket product group:

  • wide lapels can visually increase the figure;
  • lined pockets must not be missing in the classic version of the suit. Ideal with valves, because they optically slim the figure;
  • the armhole should be of medium height, allowing free movement and not creating the effect of broad shoulders;
  • the sleeve should be of such length that when the arm is raised 90 degrees the cuffs do not reveal the wrist.

There are several important aspects to a suit: shoulders, armholes, shelf (chest) and length. If the first three elements fit well, we can assume that you have found your perfect suit. The length can always be easily adjusted by a few centimeters.

The whole world wears loose jackets off the shoulder of a friend, and then suddenly – “choose a fitted classic silhouette.” I didn’t even read the article.
