This is an anti-trend! 5 Spring Shoe Mistakes We’ve All Made

Ask two friends what they think are spring shoes and we guarantee you’ll get opposite answers. For some, heavy chelsea boots are the right shoe for spring, while others immediately jump into sneakers after boots and avoid demi-season models.

Transparency is a bad habit

Somehow Kim Kardashian woke up in 2016 and decided to step out in see-through boots, and we still can’t unsee it. Let’s not repeat Kimberly’s slip-ups: transparent ankle boots, ballet flats, boots and the like are prohibited! Unless, of course, you are a fan of the greenhouse effect.

Platform sneakers

Another remnant of our common fashion past are wedge sneakers. In fairness, we note that the wedge itself has not disappeared, and clogs with mules on a similar platform are considered a megatrend. But the wedge sneakers – no thanks, pack it up and put it back!

Ankle boots

Designers often indulge in “hybrids” – a mix of different shoe models. For example, Mary Jane and ballerinas are a match made in heaven, but boots and ankle boots are better off living separately. Of course, interesting hybrids of these models can be found in nature, but they are not so common that they can be trusted without limit.

Tights and sandals

Also controversial! In general, colored tights invaded the trends of 2023, and even Vicki Beckham herself blessed the chip in her collection. But that doesn’t mean that nylon that shows your toes is a good idea – what can anyone say.
