- a rubberized jacket that does not allow you to “scoop” water from puddles with your feet;

- special water-repellent impregnation of the upper – this is usually indicated on the label;

In general, their identification is not that difficult! To consolidate a new skill, let’s immediately try suitable models for the “dirty” winter: they won’t let your feet get wet and you’ll get sick. And for this reason at least, it must be in your wardrobe!
