Melissa says the secret to styling leg-lengthening, waist-defining wide-leg pants is their “fluidity.” Yes, this is the word that the stylist uses when talking about the fabric: it should seem to flow, fit the leg, but at the same time retain volume, “air”. If all parameters are in order, then you can wear pants with a shortened top, an elongated model (tucked), a T-shirt, a shirt with a tie at the waist – and not only with a blouse, as in 99% of cases!
