Finding a stylish and current down jacket for winter is half the battle. It’s important to learn to combine it with your everyday wardrobe – jeans, sweaters, dresses, skirts, scarves – and believe me, it’s not as easy as it seems. No matter how perfect outerwear is, it doesn’t match everything in your wardrobe by default. And it would be fine if the combination looked banal, worse if the appearance turned out to be completely tasteless. And the fact that individually all the “ingredients” are fashionable doesn’t help!
So no down jackets in 2022/2023…

- with waist bags. Yes, yes, many girls prefer waist models to comfortable medium-sized crossbodies and wear them not only on the belt, but also over the shoulder. Bulky jackets are not good for being too tight and looking sloppy;
- with a skirt of the wrong length. The difference between the skirt and the down jacket should not be more than 20-30 centimeters. We choose a longer skirt for a jacket above the knees, and a short skirt for a maxi and midi down jacket. Of course, you can experiment with the length, but this rule will not let you down;
- with a “peeping” sweater. If you wear a short down jacket, pair it with sweaters that are no longer than the outerwear – otherwise we will have an ugly “tail” sticking out from under the jacket;
- with a scarf-“noose” or vice versa with a bare neck. Of course, warm outerwear means choosing shoes, pants and hats that are appropriate for the season. And the scarf – just don’t tie it too tightly or you’ll end up with a balloon on a string. We also do not recommend walking without it: firstly, the look will seem incomplete, and secondly, you will simply freeze – and we don’t have time to get sick!
